Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only, unless otherwise specified.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returns

For perfume purchases, all returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging intact. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Please note that our membership packages are non-refundable purchases, and the perfumes provided as part of the membership package can only be exchanged if unopened, or if the perfume was defective/damaged in some way upon opening.
